Terms of Service.

The terms and conditions that apply when you book our end of tenancy cleaning service.

1. Booking and quotes

By requesting a quote or booking a service with Birmingham End of Tenancy Cleaning, you agree to these Terms of Service. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the property is significantly larger, in worse condition, or requires more time than originally described.

2. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the clean, by bank transfer or card payment. For larger jobs or commercial properties, we may agree alternative payment terms in advance.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice may incur a fee to cover scheduling costs.

4. Re-clean guarantee

We offer a 48-hour re-clean guarantee on all end of tenancy cleans. If your landlord or letting agent identifies any issues with the clean within 48 hours of the service, contact us and we'll return to address them at no additional charge. Issues raised after 48 hours, or relating to areas outside our agreed scope, are not covered by this guarantee.

5. Access and condition

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. We are not liable for damage or loss caused by undisclosed property conditions (e.g. faulty fixtures, hidden hazards).

6. Liability

We carry public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
