Where you run more than one property, we settle discounted per-property pricing at the outset. That hands you a steady figure to pass on or swallow and a single point of contact, instead of chasing a fresh quote at every changeover. HMO turnovers come in under it too: shared kitchens and several bathrooms are built into the rate, not haggled over once the job is done.
Since June 2023 Birmingham has run citywide additional HMO licensing, so managed house shares face close inspection when tenants change over. We clean for exactly that scrutiny. Tell us the volume you typically turn and the areas you hold, and a rate follows. No tie-in and no minimum term.

Give us the address, the size, the way in and the checkout date. We hold the slot, work to the inventory bar you set, and bill on your terms. Will you clean to our inventory and checkout bar?
We do. The job is matched to whichever inventory the property gets judged against, the very document sitting in front of your checkout clerk.
How quickly can a property be turned round?
We fit around your checkout dates, working Monday to Friday 9 to 5 and weekends by arrangement. Lock the slot as soon as you have the move-out date and the void stays tight.
Do you handle HMO changeovers?
Yes. Shared kitchens and several bathrooms are folded into the rate at the start. Birmingham has run citywide additional HMO licensing since June 2023, so changeovers face close inspection, and we clean for that.
Can each property be billed separately?
Yes. Each changeover bills on its own, or grouped to suit your accounts, set up whichever way fits your bookkeeping.
And if the checkout raises an issue?
