A late-morning one occasionally means rearranging jobs already on the books to make room, and where it does there may be an extra charge. Whatever the case, the full figure reaches you before you commit, not once we are done.

Usually not. Where the team has room, your figure matches an ordinary advance booking. Where fitting you in shuffles jobs already in the diary, there may be an extra charge. Either way the full number reaches you before you commit, not once we are done.
